Whether it be an executive retreat, an intensive training
agenda, or just that all-important “brain storming”;
the Inn offers the perfect setting for clear productive thinking.
We have recently updated our conference facilities to effectively
meet the needs of our guests while maintaining the hospitality
expected from a country inn!
We have 64 guestrooms and suites as well as four meeting rooms
to accommodate our corporate guests. There are spacious
living room areas with comfortable seating and fireplace for
meetings that are more informal. We are proud to now
offer Free High Speed wireless internet access throughout
the entire property.
FAMILY REUNIONS:
The Sterling Inn offers an ideal setting for any special gathering
of friends, colleagues, or family. We have 66 accommodations
that include individually decorated rooms and suites –
many with fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Large porches, comfortable
common rooms, and spacious lawns create perfect settings for
anything from pictures to games to photo opportunities.
It is often possible for small groups to have exclusive use
of our Guest House or Lodge. These buildings provide you with
your own living room, sitting room, and hospitality area in
which to gather - a perfect setting for a family reunion or
any special gathering of friends or classmates!
WEDDINGS / SHOWERS:
The exciting part of having a wedding and/or reception at
The Sterling Inn is the opportunity to plan and create a wedding
with your specific interests in mind. We have the atmosphere,
culinary expertise, and staff to do so. If you are considering
having the ceremony at The Sterling Inn, our landscaped lawns,
country gardens, and Duck Pond with water fountain along the
Wallenpaupack Creek provide lovely outdoor settings. Our Terrace
Room and Hearthstone Fireplace Living Room are fantastic indoor
sites. And, of course, we can provide overnight accommodations
for those who must travel to attend your special day. A discounted
Bed & Breakfast rate may be available for your guests.
